Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

Does anyone else have pumpkin on their mind? When October hits I am on the hunt for anything and everything that incorporates pumpkin. I came across this recipe for pumpkin snickerdoodle cupcakes and I immediately ran to the store for the ingredients. Snickerdoodle cookies are one of my favorite classic cookies and when combined with this delicious cinnamon sugar cream cheese frosting...heaven! These cupcakes have a ton of flavor, but aren't overpowering from the pumpkin puree or pumpkin pie spice.

Tip: I advice popping the cupcakes in the fridge for 15 minutes after they have cooled to help the liners peel off with more easily.
