Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread

Who doesn't love a slice of warm cornbread on a chilly fall night? For the majority of us, cornbread is classic comfort food. It's the side dish that makes our chili taste that much better! So, ladies save your calories and indulge in this deliciously cheesy cornbread.

* Baking time took longer than 35 minutes when using a cast iron skillet instead of a prepared pan. Be sure to check the center of the cornbread periodically with a toothpick.
