Rustic Caramel Apple Tart

Believe it or not, I have never made an apple tart before. In my mind they always seemed timely and difficult to make, but I couldn't have been more wrong. This dessert was simple, delicious and husband approved. The warm gooeyness from the caramel topping mixed with the crispy crust will have your entire family asking for more.



Brush the dough with apricot jelly before baking to get a beautiful golden crust and hint of sweetness.
