10 Minute Oven-Baked Churros

If you are looking for an easy dessert, look no further. This dessert takes 10 minutes to bake and will have guests thinking you spent all day making these delicious cinnamon sugar churros. I paired mine with a raspberry dipping sauce, but a chocolate sauce would be just as good!

Makes 3 dozen
Cook time: 10 minutes

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Raspberry Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup powered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  3. Next, unfold and cut the puff pastry sheets in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 1-inch wide strips.
  4. Place the puff pastry strips on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes   or until golden brown.
  5. in a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Remove the strips from the oven and brush with butter.
  7. Lastly, roll the strips in the cinnamon sugar mixture and let stand for 5 minutes to dry.
