Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Happy Saturday to all my readers! Sorry it has been so long since I've last posted!
 I wanted to hop on here and share my new favorite appetizer to serve at parties. I've gotten SO many compliments on this easy app. Hope you will try this one at home. 


2 cups parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce box) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise 
1 cup cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
round loaf of fresh bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
  2. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts. 
  3. Comine the remaining ingredients and mix with the spinach mixture and place in an oven safe dish.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Lastly, cut a round circle in the loaf of bread and place the baked spinach dip in the bread bowl.
